Such a beautiful, sunny, peaceful flat. It will be very hard to leave here. Effingham Rd is a great spot with a lovely community and the park right over the road. Its a two minute walk to Gloucester Road bars, cafes and restaurants and yet the street is always quiet and calm. The flat has been a great place for entertaining, sitting in the dining room with a bunch of friends and the wood burner blazing away in the middle of winter is the perfect way to spend an evening.
