“We chose Elephant to sell our terraced house in Montpelier as they appeared to have the best local knowledge, both of the market, and the personal experience of living in the area to answer any questions from purchasers. Nick was also the warmest, most friendly, and affable agent of all the companies we asked to value the house. The quality of their photographs was amongst the highest we’d seen, and the sales brochure was also top quality. Their photographer did a fantastic job, and knew just how to present each room in the best way. We liked the flexibility in length of sale contract and fee structure they offered. The house was released on line just before a weekend to catch online weekend browsing, with 3 days of viewings proposed for the weekend after the following week. We had a large number of viewings, but the house was left perfectly clean and tidy at the end of each viewing day. Elephant gave us a detailed list of who was coming each day, with detailed feedback at the end of each day of viewings. As we had several interested parties, some second viewings were arranged, and buyers were invited to submit best and final offers at the end of the following week. Having accepted an offer, the Covid lockdown resulted in the collapse of our chain at both ends. Nick was a beacon of hope at that dark time, never failing in his confidence that we could secure another sale at a good price. Elephant took us through the same procedure again, and we accepted another offer. The team at Elephant were constantly chasing up agents and solicitors in the chain to ensure that all was proceeding as efficiently as possible. Elephant gave a service very far above what we had expected, and were always friendly, helpful, and professional. We loved the family feel in the office, and being made to feel welcome at all times.
