Vendor's comments :- This flat has been a very happy home for us for the last 4 years. It’s in a lovely area on a quiet street whilst being within walking distance to the bustle of Gloucester Road, the City Centre and with Montpelier train station just a 5 minute walk away. The beautiful St. Andrews park is just around the corner and is amazing for strolls and picnics in the summer. The view over the city never gets old and sitting at our dining table watching the hot air balloons float past is something we will really miss. We hope the next owners enjoy the flat as much as we have.
